We aim to provide a unique salon experience in warm, friendly surroundings whether you are only paying a short visit or are with us for some 'Serious Pampering'.

As a team we endeavour to make you feel relaxed with an informal yet professional approach and like to think of our clients as 'friends', who we are happy to welcome back time after time. We have an extensive range of treatments but will happily create something bespoke to your requirements where ever possible.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available for any amount over £10.00 and are valid for 6 months. Treat someone special to a gift whether it be for a Birthday, Anniversary, Valentines, Christmas or Mothers/Father’s day, even just to say Thank-You!

Please ask if our ground floor treatment room is available if you have difficulty with stairs, at the time you make a booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Client Consultations

In order to ensure that you are not contra-indicated to any of our treatments it is important that you notify us of any medical conditions you may have. We may advise you to defer treatment if we think it detrimental to your well being.

All Client information remains strictly confidential. 

CANCELLATION pOLICY & dEPOSITS

Should you wish to cancel your appointment please allow 24 hours notice or more, otherwise you will forfeit your 50% deposit taken at the time of booking. Please call 01442 878660 to cancel your booking.

Change of Mind Policy - For a refund or exchange on products or courses you have 28 days within which to obtain this, with a receipt as proof of purchase.
